- Claire Haggerty joined the business in the early months of 2025 to strengthen our administrative function. This has improved organisation, responsiveness, and the overall service experience for our clients.
- Paul Rickard joined the business halfway through 2025 to enhance our fire alarm and life safety systems capability, servicing systems and helping grow this side of the business with Darren King. His expertise has enabled a structured, technically robust approach to maintenance and compliance.
- Craig Beddall joined later in the year to carry out fire risk assessments and fire door inspections, supporting Darren and strengthening the quality and consistency of advice we provide.
It would not be right to reflect on 2025 without recognising the outstanding contribution of Carrie King. Carrie continues to play a pivotal role in driving the business forward, running the entire administration process, and ensuring Kings Fire operates efficiently and professionally behind the scenes.
We would also like to acknowledge Bruce Odell, who has been flawless in his work within the fire extinguisher division throughout 2025. Bruce's technical standards, reliability, and exceptional customer service are regularly highlighted by clients and reflect exactly how we expect our services to be delivered.
