🔥 Fire Extinguishers
We supply, install, commission and service portable fire extinguishers in accordance with British Standards. Our extinguisher servicing is carried out by experienced, BAFE-registered engineers who provide clear reporting and practical advice. We also provide fire extinguisher site surveys for your premises, provide clear quotations and install your equipment quickly and efficiently.
🚨 Fire Alarm Systems
Kings Fire provides fire alarm installation, commissioning, six monthly servicing, fault finding and remedial works for commercial premises.
We work with conventional, addressable and wireless fire alarm systems, helping businesses find the right solution for their building, budget and operational needs. Wireless systems can be particularly useful where new cabling is not practical, such as listed buildings, occupied premises, sensitive environments or sites where disruption needs to be kept to a minimum.
Our fire alarm works are carried out in accordance with the relevant British Standards, helping you maintain a reliable fire detection system and demonstrate compliance.
💡 Emergency Lighting Testing
Emergency lighting is a critical part of life safety within a building. Kings Fire carries out monthly emergency lighting checks, routine servicing and annual duration testing to help ensure escape routes remain illuminated in the event of a mains power failure.
We also provide clear reporting so any faults or remedial actions can be identified and dealt with quickly.
🚪 Fire Door Inspections & Remedials
Fire doors are one of the most important passive fire protection measures within a building. Our fire door inspection service provides detailed checks, clear compliance reporting and practical recommendations where issues are found.
Where remedial works are required, we can help arrange suitable repairs to ensure fire doors perform as intended and continue to protect escape routes, compartments and occupants.

Our fire risk assessments are now handled entirely in-house by our own experienced fire risk assessor.
We provide clear, digital reports with practical action plans, helping duty holders understand what needs to be done, why it matters and how to prioritise improvements.
💧 Fire Hydrant Testing & Maintenance
Kings Fire carries out fire hydrant testing and maintenance, including annual wet testing using calibrated flow testing equipment from Vernon Morris, one of the UK's leading fire safety equipment manufacturers.
Regular hydrant testing helps confirm that private hydrants remain accessible, operational and capable of delivering the required water supply in an emergency.
🏢 Dry Riser Testing
For buildings with dry riser systems, we can arrange routine inspections and testing in line with British Standards. This includes visual inspections and wet pressure testing, helping ensure the system remains ready for use by the fire and rescue service.
🧯Fire Warden / Fire Extinguisher Training
We provide on-site fire warden and fire extinguisher training for businesses, schools, charities and commercial premises.
Training can include live fire sessions where suitable, giving staff the opportunity to use real fire extinguishers and fire blankets in a controlled environment. All delegates receive certification following the training.
