Kings Fire Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of Herts Fire Protection, a long-established local fire protection business that has served customers across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas for many years.
The acquisition follows the planned retirement of Herts Fire Protection owner Dave Gough after a hugely successful career in the fire protection industry.

Dave and Mandy Gough have built Herts Fire Protection through many years of personal service, honest advice and strong relationships with their customers.
When considering the future of the business, it was important to Dave and Mandy that Herts Fire Protection customers would continue to be looked after by another independent, family-run fire safety company with similar values.

Herts Fire Protection will continue as a trading name of Kings Fire Ltd, allowing the established local name and reputation to continue.

As part of the acquisition, Kings Fire has committed to honouring the existing prices paid by Herts Fire Protection customers.
There will be no automatic price increase or change simply because the business has transferred to Kings Fire Ltd.
Existing customers will continue to receive the personal and reliable service they have come to expect, supported by the wider Kings Fire team.
Continuity During the Handover
Dave will continue assisting with the customer handover during the transition period.
He will personally contact a number of long-standing customers, and joint customer visits will also be arranged where appropriate.
